The Dallas/Fort Worth communities play a vital role in supporting children who are returning to school in an in-person, virtual, or hybrid learning environment.
Business, churches, and community groups are stepping up to help ensure students have the supplies they need during these unprecedented times. Now more than ever, our families need support to prepare for learning in new and different environments that require students to have individual school supplies and limit class wide sharing to reduce health risks.
Uplift Educations’ first day of school is August 10th in a virtual learning environment. Uplift Education is prepared to support their families by providing scholars with Chromebooks that will allow access to all online resources. However, many families are still in need of school supplies to help foster a virtual learning experience at home. Below are some events scheduled offering free school supplies.
