Nasher Sculpture Center– A museum oasis in the heart of downtown Dallas and home to one of the finest collections of modern and contemporary sculptures in the world.

Dallas Museum of Art -The DMA is one of the largest art museums in the United States, located in the nation’s largest arts district in downtown Dallas. Offering free regular exhibits during regular museum hours, as well as free special family activities on the first Tuesday of each month.

Dallas Symphony Orchestra– reprises their free community concert series at public parks across Dallas.

Summer Camps

Junior Players– If your child has a flair for the dramatic, she will enjoy the free programs offered by Junior Players, the oldest children’s theater in Dallas. Junior Players offers summer camps and after-school programs that are sure to delight the youngest thespians.

Design Connect Create Physics camp for girls– Fun, interactive, hands on experience for high school girls taking their first physics course this fall. Cool labs, guest speakers, field trip and engineering challenges like riding a hovercraft and using liquid nitrogen to make ice cream fill each day exploring classic and modern topics in physics.
